成分分析包括定性定量分析、配方分析、配方改进、配方研发等。通过对样品进行成分分析,提供样品基本配方并为客户推荐原材料及工艺。拉姆研发通过光谱、色谱、核磁等精密仪器分析样品化学成分和含量,还原产品配方。


定性定量分析:定性分析是指通过成分分析的手段得出被测物中主要包括的成分,概况的来说就是确定物质的组分。在确定被测物的定性组分之后,进行相应的定量分析,得出各种组分的分配比例。


配方分析:通过采用光谱,色谱,质谱,能谱,热谱等图谱分析技术对产品或样品组成成分、元素或原料等成分进行分析,得到产品的配方。通过针对几万种材料进行的配方还原,改进现有的分析手段,总结出针对相关材料的独特的反推技术,获得了客户的一致认可。


配方改进:对现有配方进行改进优化,使得产品在性能、使用感受等方面有明显改善。
